The project consisted of a 1-story administration office of approximately 9,800 sq.ft.  The office facility includes` ample office space, multiple restrooms, and a lobby area.  Some of the unique items that this facility features are meeting spaces, classrooms, covered patio, full kitchen, state-of-the-art locker rooms, and an electrical room.  The building itself consists of metal siding, a Class “A” steel structure, and suspended hollow core planks.  Several ‘GREEN’ features included energy efficient lighting fixtures/ballasts, low-water-use plumbing fixtures, Low-E window glass system, high efficiency rated HVAC system, low-water-use plants for landscaping, irrigation system, and recycled plastic toilet compartments. The structural steel framing used was over 50% recycled steel, increased R-Value insulation was used on the roof and floor,  stained concrete floors were used in lieu of applied finishes, and the carpet and ceiling tiles contained 50% recycled materials.
