The project consisted of three buildings - an administration building, a shop building, and a storage building - totaling approximately 13,850 sq.ft  Some of the unique features of the administration building are meeting spaces, classroom, full kitchen, state-of-the art locker rooms and restrooms, an exercise room, and an electrical room.  The buildings themselves consists of metal siding, a class "A" steel structure, and suspended hollow core planks. This particular project included several LEED features such as energy efficient lighting fixtures/ballasts, low water use plumbing fixtures, low E window glass, high efficient rated HVAC system, low water use planting for landscape, irrigation system, and recycled plastic toilet compartments. It also included a structural steel frame with over 50% recycled steel, increased R value insulation on roof and floor, stained concrete floors in lieu of applied finishes, and 50% recycled content in floor carpet and ceiling tiles.
